Clean, comfortable - perfect for a quick overnight stay after a very long flight. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful!

Hi. Location is good, check in service was good. Sheets on both beds were stained and did not appear to be well cleaned.

The hotel facilities were okay and overall comfortable. Breakfast was decent and appreciated. However, the deposit of $250 per room felt excessive and was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean, great staff, breakfast average, area more industrial and felt a bit dodgy. Room was very soundproof- we were next to the elevator and never heard it! All in all great value.

The hotel is dated however the bedroom was good especially the bed comfort. Breakfast basic no cooked food with limited choice. Metro system five minutes from the hotel

The staffs are absolutely stunning! The airport shuttle service is fast and very friendly. I forgot the name of Asian guy who picked up my husband at the airport and he’s so helpful and accommodating!! Highly recommended!!!

The room was dark and musty smelling, The view was a conrete wall. The bathroom was small and the toliets were low. It took 4 times to receive a room key that worked, which we only received one.

We had to stay overnight for our morning flight. The room was fine, everything was there what we needed. And free breakfast. If you need a shuttle from the airport,you have to call them.

Staff were very welcoming , shuttle service was prompt and also very friendly . Breakfast was great as well . We would definitely stay there again .

I should say that I booked this hotel for a cruise after my stay in Vancouver, thinking I would be close to both the airport and the city. After booking some people told me it was a far away location. I was right! Using public transportation, I was 25 minutes from the "Waterfront" station (cruise port area) and three short stops from the airport. The hotel provides a limited but sufficient complimentary breakfast. Burger King is very close by. It is an old hotel but very well-kept. Five-minute walk to the train station (Bridgeport). Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent, nice, respectful, and knowledgeable staff, especially the young lady at reception during the daytime. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Walking distance from several fast food options and a big supermarket.

Their website is not accurate. They don't have regular airport shuttle unless you call for it when you arrive. We waited 40 minutes based on the information at the airport phone booth saying they run until 12:30 PM
