I had a great stay. The staff at the front desk were very easy to deal with and were available anytime I needed. I was surprised they were there when i was checking out early in the morning. I coukd tell they took care of the place.

I’m not a big fan of roadside motels because they’re usually pretty scuzzy. However, the Deep River Motel has been perfectly upgraded to modern standards. It’s clean, well maintained, and has all the mod cons. The bathroom as all new and clean as whistle. There’s a microwave, good sized fridge, really good A/C and a flat panel tv with lots to watch. The staff are super helpful. I’ve seen people complain about the highway noise but, frankly, we had no problem with that. It’s a roadside motel so there’s noise.

Owners are very friendly and welcoming! Made this a stop to and from our destination. Owner gave us moose viewing tips that didn’t fail!

Since is on the highway all night long I could hear the trucks and cars. Space is small and bathroom’s curtains had mold on the bottom. Staff was very friendly though.
