The front desk and the restaurant staff were truly exceptional. Great attention to detail and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Nice place except not very safe alone at night due to outsiders.

Huge room, especially for downtown

I’m a Silver Elite Member. Was upgraded to an executive suite. What I enjoy about Bonvoy Marriott is the consistency, the sustained high standards. The BEST!

Staff were SO nice. Specifically the gentleman who checked me in - I wish I had gotten his name to recognize him. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious (king suite). Location was great for oilers game, but a few questionable people lingering since the hotel is connected to the downtown sky walk / mall.

The man who checked us in was incredibly kind. The best customer service I think I have ever received The hotel was very clean. Check in and check out we’re both done with ease.

Access to the front lobby is complicated to find, the parkade is open and anyone can walk into it.

Was not communicated to us that parking was an extra charge - the way they explained it was that parking was available. Not that it was $35.00 a day. Secondly, when our room was cleaned, all they did was make the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at all (toilet not scrubbed, garbage not taken out, etc) Room was very hot and stayed at 22 degrees even though we turned the fan to be on high and adjusted the temperature. Check in was very good though.

King suite was advertised to sleep 5 but had a king bed and pull out couch, cot was available at additional price. Parking $35/day however the parkade beside the hotel advertises $15/day. Live and learn. Thermostat was not working, unable to turn down heat. Maintenance unable to fix as "centralize issue" did provide us with a fan. Microwave listed on website but not in the room and one was not available. The staff was very friendly but at $400/night I expect better and would not recommend this property base on the value.

Room was very spacious and comfortable highly recommend staying there especially if your seeing a game or concert very convenient

Good location near restaurants and cafes; however, some of the room’s windows give into the attached mall. Lots of vagrants screaming and being extremely noisy at night which woke me up several times. Room condition and cleanliness was fine, nothing noteworthy. Overall, acceptable for short stays / business trip.
