Clean, great location

Staff was phenomenal. Main areas modern but the rooms need to be updated. Pool was good but could use some renovation as well

This Delta hotel was not on par with others we have stayed at. Underground parking was a nightmare. Top two levels were all private ImPark spaces that accommodated higher vehicles, the actual Hotel parking was on the lower levels with a significantly lower maximum height. 10-20 spaces with a 5’11” maximum the remaining spaces were lower yet, 5’ 8”. The hotel itself was in need of upkeep. Our hotel room door had looked like it had been booted in and never closed properly allowing us to hear everything in the hallways. We’ve stayed in at least 6 different Delta hotels over the last few years and this one was in the worst condition. Credit were credit is due… the staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful, too bad the facility was not as welcoming.

The housekeeping staff and the lady who delivered room service were amazing. The carpet in my room was old and grubby. The front desk staff were just ok. After having stayed in the Pan Pacific Vancouver a couple of weeks ago, this hotel was a major disappointment. The restaurant couldn’t even cook eggs to order. Charging me almost $40 for 4 badly cooked eggs and 8 slices of bacon was shocking! I will say the steak, pickerel & devilled eggs I ordered for room service were great. To not offer a buffet breakfast in this day and age seemed odd, especially when there are few breakfast options in the area. I will be staying at the Hilton near the convention centre next time I visit Winnipeg.

Room was in ok condition but the rooms are tired and need a nice modern upgrade. Check-in there were no luggage carts available, this hotel seems to attract undesirable types so be warned it does not have a premium feel ( guests drinking / drunks at 9 am ) staff were apologetic about their behaviour, said it was a large fishing group that everyone unfortunately had to endure )Fire alarm at noon on Saturday “; whole building had to evacuate. ( drunk transient types frequent the building / parking garage and pull the fire alarm regularly I was told ) - pool said no kids after 9 however staff didn’t care or remove them - why have a policy if it’s not enforced ? Will not return here, until they are able to re-premiumize the hotel ) for premium guests.

room was really nice. I went to a hockey game and the location was perfect for a Jan visit.

We had a great but short stay. We were in town for a Jets game. It was north pole cold that night, we didnt need to be outdoors for anything.

Great location, great hotel

The staff here is 2nd to none. They made the stay so amazing. The room was clean, much like the rest of the hotel. We didnt use the pool, but it looked great!! We stayed for a Jets game and the acees to the arena is so cool! Will be staying here again!

There was to be a contiential breakfast as posted on ad. There was not a continental brekfast. This was one readon why we booked this property.
