設備非常的老舊，但房間還算乾淨

Nothing unique, but it was clean and close to shopping and restaurants

The faucet system is weak in BOTH the sink and shower. You hear noises in the rooms mechanisms when you try to sleep, there is no lock on the outside of the hotel room door. The crime situation is bad as well. I saw police in the parking lot when I exited for check out. Unless you have absolutely no care for the quality of your room to a savagely extent, don’t even look at the place, let alone stay here.

Our room needed refurbishment. The two floor lamps each had one of two bulbs missing, and the light over the TV is just a bare bulb with no enclosure (like a wall sconce). The electrical heating in the bathroom had the fins exposed, cracked floor tiling, and discoloration at one corner where the bath tub met the wall. The TV did not work, and the maintenance person was not available to fix it. However, the the room was warm, the king bed was comfortable, the room was quiet despite facing a busy street, the price was low, and the desk staff were pleasant. The night desk person tried hard to find out what was wrong with the TV

Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was clean but it is old. Nice to have a small fridge and microwave. There was also a counter top stove but we didn't use it or the microwave. Small TV which worked fine. The heat worked fine - didn't need to use the air conditioner.

Filthy room

Room was disgusting, tape on the ceiling and fan falling off, snot and dirt on tables and blanket, no cleaning head board or behind anything. Walls and doors with lots of used spot dirt all over it. Plug ins and electrical cords covered in dirt, not even wiped a little, sheets stained with blood, mattress cover covered in lots of stains and red marks. Dirt on floor from not washing. Curtains stained full of other people’s hair and dirt. Towels stained. Pretty much went int a dirt room that had somewhat cleaned stained sheets. For the price they are charging and the deposit they need some serious work done. Pieces of tile falling off.

the room floor were dirt and bugs on floor. Poor sweeping and the rug was a mess and out dated 10 years and filthy you could tell it there’s been lots of water leaks above, so who knows if there’s even black mould there

Staff on site are friendly and are there for you and go out of there there way to help you as best as they can.

The room was super cold.

This place was Very dirty. There was actually a mouse trap in our room and droppings. It smelled terrible and it was very dirty. I will never stay here again.

I was smoky the room Igot. I was uncomfortable for me as a non-smoker.

Cigarette burns in the comforters, no proper locks on the doors, holes in the floor and mould in the fridge, completely unsafe and dirty!!! Didn’t even bother to stay the night. At least the staff were nice.

Bad experience

Husband had a reservation and was late getting into Edmonton The office closes at 12, he was there at 11:58 and was told too bad we are closed Probably a good thing since all the other reviews mention cockroaches and bed bugs …
