I love the Dilworth,I never think of staying anywhere else when I’m in Kelowna ,it’s all a reasonable friendly hotel should be AND it still has real Keys!!!

Very nice and friendly staff at the front desk. Parking is ample, even though is an additional fee. Room was clean and very spacious, really like having the sink separated from the main bathroom. Breakfast could be improved, it was quite poor.

Room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Shen i reserved kerri? Was friendly and helpful.we asked for a bag breakfast as we were leaving at 6 am. I briefly saw the desk clerk at 5am. When i returned he had disappeared, the lobby was locked. Two ladies were trying to get in, no bagged breakfast, absolutely no one around, lobby locked. I cqlled the hotel several times to no vail.mi finally got ahold of the desk clerk at 6.45 from the airport. Extremely unhappy, there was a homeless genfleman outside making it a little nerve racking having no key to get back inside. Never have we encountered such poor customer ser ice. We lobe the dilworth inn but will not be back

The key things for a hotel stay are a quiet, comfortable room that is clean. The Dilworth meets these requirements easily. The staff is very pleasant, which is a plus when checking in after a long journey.
The property itself is very dated in terms of decor. The free breakfast is just cold cereal or packaged pastries. However, this is not a luxury property. It is priced as what it is: a safe hotel offering a clean place to sleep in a convenient location. The location is just off the main highway in Kelowna, in a commercial district of malls and chain retail stores.
