It’s surprising this hotel is rated 4 stars, our room definitely did not reflect that, and we were in the renovated wing as well. The bathroom was dirty, it had dead bugs in the toilet and hair in the shower. The shower floor itself was completely flooded after the first shower. The pool was the reason we decided to stay here, specifically for the kids, and it was the most disappointing part of the entire stay. The platform was covered with dirty water, the showering area before entering the pool was moldy and the swimming pool water was just gross, it was murky and full of hair at the bottom, with white gunk oozing out between the tiles. I would not recommended staying here to anyone I care about.

Nice staff and rooms

I thought the amenities and the staff were very good but our room was not the best. There was cracks all over the shower wall and floor which could have caused harm if there was a slip. Our room also had a massive hole/damage to the roof near the window and ended up leaking water all over our room due to the rain coming through it. The bed also was very creaky and moved a lot. On expedia, it also showed breakfast was included but when we got to the hotel we got told it could be added for a fee. The pool deck was also not very clean and made me not want to go swimming. Not entirely sure if I would stay here again.

The customer service was great right from the entrance and the property was well maintained. Rented kings room and it had modern touches. I only spent one night there so didn’t really notice any drawback, but the young lady at the reception was fantastic.

Clean comfortable room. Bed was super comfy. Staff excessively friendly and helpful

until i hear about my refund for the cancellation I have nothing else to say

They didn’t give us room types what we ordered. When we realized, they said other rooms were fully booked and blamed us of lack of communication. We like what we need instead of any compensation although they offered us free breakfast. That sucks.

Great service, great staff!

Excellent stay; welcoming, clean, quiet. I am disappointed however that after eating the buffet breakfast, my Mastercard was charge. I had spoken to two staff; one in the restaurant and one at the front desk who both confirmed the breakfast was complimentary. Needless to say, toast and eggs do not meet the expectations of the cost.

I liked having the Starbucks there. Could us more soap bars in the bathroon.

I liked that the tv was personalized and easy to use, lots of outlet accommodations - the tap water took a long to heat up if at all and the person above me had a dog I think that caused a lot of noise at 1am.

Well located, easy parking. Clean room.

Great staff, very clean (I am very picky) comfy bed however the a/c unit was VERY loud when it kicked in. We did mention it to the front desk upon departure and he said he would have maintenance look at right away. Other than that we would definitely sray again.

Lovely hotel. Easy outdoor free parking within view of security cameras. Upon checking we were offered chilled bottled water and warm cookies. They even had a jar of doggie biscuits at the check in desk. Comfortable beds and renovated bathroom with heated floors! ❤️ Nice Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. We will be back!

Easy, free parking. Good restaurant, Charcoal Steak House across the street. Near the K-W airport. Pleasant staff. Delicious welcome cookies. Starbucks in lobby, accepts mobile orders and not too busy.

Hotel is pretty good and very busy. Only complaint would be the room temperature was hard to keep level - either hot or cold

Great hotel for business trips!! Close to everything!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The only complaint would be the mattress had two hollow or sunken spots that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
