DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal

Toute la nuit de la musique très forte venant de la rue avoisinante. Malgré notre signalement de la situation à la réception le jeudi 22:40, la réception nous a répondu que à 23:00 le bruit de la musique allait s’arrêter car c’est la Loi. La musique a continué nous avons pas pu dormir du tout. Pour un hôtel qui relève de la chaîne Hilton, peu satisfait de notre séjour et ceci était pas notre première visite

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable! My husband and I slept so well!! The location could not have been better! There is a full shopping mall attached to the hotel, so many restaurants right on the block. Very pedestrian friendly!!!

Great location. Close to shopping, Mount Royal, and Old Montreal. The buffet breakfast was awesome and had a good variety. The staff was very welcoming. Will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location attached to a shopping center with a food court so when it rains it was convenient. walkable to chinatown and notre dame cathedral. plus st catherine st. very satisfied with my choice of hotel. housekeeping very nice including staff.

Great location in the heart of Montreal

Outside construction on the building on weekday starting 8AM. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and not very helpful staff. Pros: great location and good cleaning staff. Very kind but can’t give more than 2 towels even when you booked a room for 3 people.

The staff and hotel was great

We enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel, its location, and our comfortable room (1 king suite) which had room for the five of us.

The location is convenient. However, it was difficult to find the reception desk because it was at 6 floor and no sign was found at the entrance. There are three different elevators: one to the garage, one to the entrance and one to the hotel's room. It was very unusual. But the staff was very helpful. As well, the breakfast was excellent.

Nous y allons chaque année depuis 5 ans et c’est franchement la meilleure option pour un séjour avec des enfants (chambre avec vue sur la ville)!

Great location with lots of restaurants near by, lots to do, close to metro access. Lots of external construction to the property during our visit. Property seems to have some air quality issues as everyone in our party suffered congestion and sore throats while onsite but not off site.

The room was great - very comfortable bed. Great staff and service. However, we were disappointed with the pool - very small. No hot tub (especially for the price we paid).

J'ai vraiment bien aimé par contre j'ai été mise près d'un groupe de musulmans qui ont harceler ma fille autiste. J'ai eu des menaces de ne pas faire de plainte puisque ils deposeraient une plainte de racisme a l'égard de l'hôtel et de moi même. Nous avons quitté a 8 h du matin. Et avions une note sur notre voiture de la part du groupe en question.
