I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and waited my turn to check in. When I reached the receptionist, I informed her that I had a booking. She acknowledged it and told me to wait.
I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes without any explanation. When I asked her why I was waiting so long, she simply said, “You just have to wait,” without offering any clear reason.
Her attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative. She made no effort to communicate with me or explain the delay. I felt ignored and disrespected as a guest, and I believe better customer service and clearer communication are needed.

I could not sleep at all. Cars in the hotel parking, alarms going on all night / in alternate fashion: even at 7 am !!

Only one night parking, doesn'nt matter if you are ready to pay for it ☹️.
Had stay in another hotel not so far from there, you take a taxi to airport $64 back & forth .With Double Tree you have only one night parking and $ 185.00 parking at airport.The pther hotel parking is no charge.
