It has a great view from window! The breakfast is great! Great to live here.

Was very nice inside

We went for a girl's weekend and used the spa. Massage and facial were amazing. The staff very friendly. Drinks at the bar were good. The only very small shadow to the whole trip was the 40 something dollars fee of parking per day on top of the room. If you can, park around.

Other than the lobby bathroom being a bit of a mess upon arrival - the hotel was lovely, clean and the rooms were comfortable with a great view. Probably one of the best parking arrangements for higher end hotels in Niagara Falls. So nice to self-park and have full access to your vehicle onsite.

Walking Distance to EVERYTHING. Nice stay will recommend.

Didn’t appreciate the door being banged on at 11:07 am when we were getting ready. We struggled for 1/2 hour to get the shower turned off with having to have maintenance up to help us. Paying what we do for hotels I really believe a 1/2 hour grace period should be quite understandable and reasonable.

Beautiful property, we enjoyed a wonderful evening view of the Falls Fireworks @ 10:00PM. You do not have a Falls view here, but it is a great location for The Falls, Shopping, Restaurants, Clifton Hill, you can walk everywhere from here, safely.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We loved the extra little bit that they went by giving us cookies upon check in!

Felt it was too expensive

Completely excellent property! We travel once a month and this is one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in! Out of so many properties to choose from, I’m super happy that we stayed at this one! Great view to the fireworks and the entertainment strip from our room!

Wonderful staff! Especially the man who found us tools to fix my daughter's broken eyeglasses.

Hotel policy is stringent and obnoxious. The staff is about as good as customer service from an overseas agent. The property and rooms are great, comfy and well kept.

My room tv was not working. The staff at reception are not welcoming.

Nice and clean place. Would stay again considering the price.

Beds were comfortable , pillows soft and so were the sheets. Booked a room for 3 people but only 2 seats in the room to sit on. Attentive staff. Porter at front door very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.
