Propert had uncomfortable beds, pretty sure our room was smoked in as the fire alarm was covered when we arrived

Small rooms, our Queen bed was more like a double. With that said, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast was good.

Great stay at a affordable price. Close to many attractions

Everything was good, however the tile floors throughout the room were dirty. The first night we stayed there while going to the bathroom bare footed , we noticed our feet were filthy in the morning.

Room was clean. Good location to explore down town. Uber back to hotel was only $8. One front office staff member was curt, the other was kind. No issues with finding parking. Indoor pool is detached from rest of hotel. Be prepared to walk a ways back to your room. Must be able to climb a lot of stairs / haul any luggage if on second floor. Odd layout in loft room with bathroom sink not being in the actual bathroom. Made it challenging to wash hands after going to the bathroom in the middle of the night / not wanting to wake others. Would stay here again. It's decent for the price. 🤘💚

The property is well maintained. Location very convenient especially with the conference that my husband attended. I like the amenities included. Highly recommended.

Room didn’t have much lighting and slight odour but otherwise good for the price.

Check in was seamless, staff was great and informative. Our room was the 3 queen bed that had the upstair loft. This was perfect for a girls weekend! Lots of space. Mini kitchen, only downside was we had to share one bathroom. Stayed over the weekend, felt safe, there was secure around, and was quiet our whole stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but did the trick. I would 100% stay here again especially in the group suites because the price was right. The location was great and it was clean.

Clean, comfortable and great location.

The location was convenient to walk to the main entertainment district. However, the breakfast was mediocre, very little fruit.

Expedia should share the blame and problems. Advertised as a "Queen bed" NOT. A/C Unit blows air into an old couch. No A/C in bedroom. Carpet tiles throughout not clean. Tub spout broken and the second entrance to the unit had no manual security hasp. Unit looked nothing like pictures on Expedia site. This means you cannot depend on Expedia.

Rooms were nicer than what I expected from the pictures. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Exactly what the doctor ordered. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I had a problem with the check in. They told ME I have no reservation with them eventho I showed them MY BOOKING NuMBER and MY RECEIPT!!! The staff was mean to ME. AT FIRST I was really patient to them and waited for them to figure I out my reservation. THE FRONTDESK was not Accommodating at all! GOOD THING i talked to the Manager and figured things out. I HAVE NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH EXPEDIA BEFORE. I DONT MIND TO WAIT BUT AT LEAST PLEASE BE NICE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
