the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the bathtub. It’s on a slant, I always felt like I was falling over. The shower curtain is too long and constantly stepping on it. Whatever product you use for the bathroom is really slippery. Had a good night stay. Breakfast was good

From beginning to end, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was said to be highly rated by couples and I assume that was from prior to the new ownership. The front desk attendant gave me no information and was rude and dismissive when I asked where the elevator was to get to my 6th floor room. The hallways were like dark walkways to dungeons with dirty and poorly installed carpet. The only positive was the bed was at least comfortable. With a full hotel they only had one working elevator and had NO signage directing guests to a stairwell if they so chose to use that rather than having to wait for ridiculous amounts of time.The ice machines were broken. One had flooded and could have caused an injury and the staff did not care to address it. Breakfast time was not communicated by the rude front desk staff. When I looked on their website for the info, because the front would not answer the phone, I found out dated info that I sadly thought was correct so missed breakfast. The amenities that I booked for - pool and hot tub, were poorly maintained and did not look like the photos. The hot tub was barely warm and when this was brought to staff to address they again dismissed me. By our last day, both of elevators were broken and we were told by staff that no company would be called to fix it. I do not recommend this hotel to any travellers, at all, ever.

We show up to the hotel after a 10 Hour Drive in hopes to use the the Jacuzzi tub because we had booked the Jacuzzi suite get there and unpack and the Jacuzzi tub just turns on by itself about 10 times with no water in the tub within the hour of us unpacking our stuff not only that they had open circuit boards with wires exposed right beside the tub so I go downstairs to complain about it and they move us to a new and then they put us in another one that smelled like animal piss so bad sticky carpet food wasn’t good at all for the free breakfast looks like they just kept warming the food from the day before stay away from this hotel it’s in the middle of industrial Park, not close to anything stay didn’t nothing to try and make this trip any better at all

Hotel needs some tlc especially the rigs

The restaurant and breakfast were amazing!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (which could have been hotter). It was also very close to where we needed to get to early in the morning! It is a lovely large hotel which could use a bit of updating but it wasvery comfortable and clean.

Great hotel, will book this one again.

Would not recommend this hotel

Room was advertised as two queens, we got two doubles. Room was so tiny our stroller could barely fit. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pool was absolutely filthy looking and had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring towels down after calling for them 3 times. Room was relatively cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. Probably the only redeeming quality is the pub food was pretty good. Would not recommend.

Everything smells like dirty kitchen rags dont think they the kitchen has they're own washing machine. The bed sheets and the pool towel everything smeel like dirty rags

Old and outdated with little invested in the past 20+ years. No usb connections in the rooms, difficult to navigate TV's, very basic.

The room was cleaned but the hallway and the part of the Lobby's carpet were not very cleaned and the carpet 1/2 peel off. Breakfast was great with a fair selection. There's plenty of parking space. Overall, It's not too bad. We will

Absolutely amazing. We arrived a little early and were checked in right away and the pool was great and the breakfast buffet was also amazing.

The place is good value for money. There is a pool and free breakfast. Lots of parking. The location is a bit out of the way.

There were no towels in the room and of course I never realized it till after I finished showering. I called down to the front deck and it took them over 10 minutes to bring me towels and they only gave me two bath towels. No hand towels or face cloths. The lady who brought the two towels told me that they get busy and that’s why there were no towels. At checkout I asked at the front deck what they could do about my experience and they told me nothing but I could send an email to someone else, very disappointed. Also the breakfast was not gluten friendly, only eggs and baked beans were gluten free.

Bed was very comfortable!

The breakfast was amazing, great selection and plentiful. The check in was not great, we waited from 3 to 345 waiting for our room. The jacuzzi tub controls were malfunctioning and would turn on during yhe night. The room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower.
