the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel.
And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

This is by far my favourite place to stay in Edmonton. The rooms are beautiful and having two king beds is such a bonus—everything feels spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
The staff at this location truly make the experience. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which keeps us coming back.
The included full breakfast is always good and a great start to the day. The only downside this time was the pool area—the sauna was closed and the hot tub was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, we still love staying here and will absolutely be back. Thank you for another great visit!

Both of our rooms were not restocked on towels each day. We were left with no towels at all and had to request them each day. The self-made waffles and pancakes were great, but the other buffet food was cold and overcooked every morning

The location is really on the outskirts of the city.
The bathtubs are really weird. Tight and small not ideal for a grown adult. The pool area really echoes. It would be amazing to have some adult exclusive hours. Staff was really friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Buffet was decent although they continued to run out of items and it took a long time to refill.

The breakfast didnt have anymore then 2 cups to pour your waffle mix in, so many people touched them and when I asked for fresh cups for people to use only 2 were out out.
It wasnt sanitary at all.
