The staff is not good while check-in

The Service was very bad and I paid online including tax and fees but they charge me extra tax sells and fees too The room didn’t have shampoo and water And was not clean

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday. We enjoyed our stay a lot since it was our first time going to canada and seeing niagara falls. The only downside to staying at embassy was how long the elevators take to get to your floor. Sometimes you might have to take stairs to get to a floor. But other than that the stay at embassy was very good.

The location is convenient, but the property is a far cry from what it used to be in the beginning. It is over priced for what you receive and the breakfast (which closes at 9:30am btw) is just ok (depends on how hungry you are). Depending on your room, the view can be amazing or not, and the bathroom can work properly or not. Overall, it met the criteria or being clean, close to the casino and having a falls view. Other than that, it was just ok.

Good service

Not upto the mark based on the star rating this hotel is having. Breakfast options are normal & repetitive, not that great as it was expected. Lifts dont work properly. Had to wait for 30mins.

Loved it

We loved the view but the staff was not great. The room was not ready on arrival (5.30 pm). The receptionist was super rude. No amenities in the room, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was awful. Drinks in the bar were disgusting. Every time we had to use an elevator it was like a torture as it was a long wait and a long line. The staff outside did not even help to load a suitcase in the car after I gave them a tip.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. White the room was great, clean, and comfortable the staff was so memorable they made our trip. Thanks to Dawn at breakfast, the two ladies who signed us in for breakfast, Bill, and the door man; we felt very welcomed.

Excellent hotel and facilities. I think the breakfast can be better because everyday was the same food.

Great experience here my husband and I felt safe and enjoyed the stay. Our room did not have any warm or hot water coming from the sink so that was pretty frustrating. The elevators also take 5-10 minutes to actually reach your floor and be free. I’m guessing they don’t have enough elevators for the amount of rooms they have because most of the when the elevator got to our floor (14) it was fully packed.

Nous étions à la chambre 3905 super belle vue sur les chutes. Super service et un accueil très chaleureux par les gens qui nous dirige aux ascenseurs. Juste vous aviser que si vous êtres des gens pressés vous n’aimerez pas le temps d’attentes aux ascenseurs car plus tu es haut plus tu attends. Moi je le savais et cela ne nous a pas dérangé on prévoyait ce temps dans nos activités. Le déjeuner était parfait pour moi mais si on veut un déjeuner on reste à la maison. Merci encore Embassady

Beautiful unobstructed view from the suite, however elevators took toooo long! Staff were very friendly and professional. Bed was very uncomfortable - time to replace the mattresses. Parking was expensive for overnight.
