We really enjoyed our stay. My only issue is that the elevator hasn’t been working and I wish something was done to fix that, like perhaps moving us to the other mountain side location where the elevator was working (I am assuming). We were traveling with my mother and she has a hurt knee and going up and down the stairs was not ideal for her and I think made it worse.

One of the worst experience i have ever had in any hotel. Room stinks so badly after we entered. There were small bugs too i hate this experience

Great location that I’ve stayed at previously. Now it’s run down, glass shower door fell off, very dangerously. Elevator didn’t work. No hairdryer. TV didn’t work. Stairway to parking in disrepair. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Overall a dump

Really nice hotel! It’s very close to the bike park which we loved. The layout with the loft is pretty cool I would say the only downside is it stays pretty warm up in the loft even with the ac on. But overall I liked our stay and would love to stay there again.

The room was much smaller than pictured and very dated. No AC in the loft area.

when I made the booking, I specifically chose Loft 1 queen bed with sofa, not loft 1 queen bed(two room style with different price)based on the photos provided, I am Architect, so I can clear understand how is floor plan through the photos. the pictures clearly suggested a spacious, open to below layout with a comfortable view from upper floor to the lower floor, However, upon arrival, I was very disappointed to find that the actual area open to below just small triangle shape. I ask for switch room, but front desk tell me all the loft style room not like pictures. please assurance that the photos will be updated to reflect the true condition of the rooms so that future guests are not misled. everything is perfect except this, location is convenient, face to shopping street.

Hotel nicht wie erwartet. Das Bett quitschte und man hörte alles von draussen. Das Zimmer war alt und nicht wie im Internet dargestellt.

Kitchen well appointed and very usable.
