The hotel is situated at the core of the Vancouver city. You can easily reach all the sightseeing spots by taking buses, skyline or even on foot. It is very close to the bay shore and nice to have a walk after dinner.
The room is tidy and the air condition works well. The breakfast served at the hotel restaurant on the ground floor is tasty. The Egg Benedict is highly recommended.

The person who checked me in late at night was superb. Went out of his way to help me with an issue I had with my phone and was quick and efficient. Also tried to help me with a pending room change. The lady this morning really made that easy for me so the service at the front desk is friendly and superb
