Close to many activities we wanted to do!

Very convenient location with lots of dining options. It is a convenient hotel but not exciting as other property stayed in Calgary.

Every aspect of this hotel was 5 start. The staff was professional and courteous. The rings were spacious and most of all, clean.

This is a very nice hotel, with pleasant and modern rooms, in a great Central downtown location, was an experience that for me personally was very much diminished because of the hassle for Valet-only parking. There is no one out front to greet you nor is there any obvious place where you were supposed to stop for the valet parking. I stopped in a loading zone and wandered in a door to find a valet podium that was unmanned with a note that someone would return shortly. Because there was no self parking, this created unnecessary confusion at check-in. Adding just one more staff member whose sole job Is that of Doorman or Valet greeter and who is always present to help guide guests would have made a world of difference.

The elevators were not working properly, had to take the stairs numerous times from the 8th floor. The breakfast was ok. The toilets ran all night off and on. So many homeless people hanging around.

I arrived and there was no place to park in front. I went around the block a few times and could park. One elevator was broke, so I waited 20 minutes in line before I could get to the reception on the 2nd floor. Check-in was fine. The next morning, I called ahead for the valet to get my car. Once I made it downstairs after waiting for an elevator, my car was not there. So I waited an additional 10 minutes for the car. Generally, it was a frustrating experience

There was only 1 elevator which serviced 11 floors! Had to go up to second floor for check in And no option to park your ar except valet. The hotel was fairly close to the function we went to that's why chose it and i was a member of marriott so I've had better stays

The parking is a big issue - took 20 minutes driving around the block to get parking, and then to get someone to help. Every time you want to drive, you have to wait a long time to get your vehicle. For these reasons won't stay there again, especially if you have a vehicle (value service only and it costs $37.00 a day).

Second time staying here. It will be my go to for when I'm in the city. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. There are some great places to eat and drink just a short walk away.

Close to downtown

Not a big fan of the Valet parking options. If I needed my car to drive out for a quick dinner, I would need to get the staff involved.

only one elevator working waiting forever for one, valet parking never had the car at the front of hotel...just go through the door car is there, check in was on second floor...heard one night working elevator didnt work people had to carry luggage up 10 floors

Air conditioning unit inside room was very noisy. Valet service was very slow one day where we had to go and hunt down someone to get our keys

Camas e black-out excelentes. Banho fraco. Cafeteira no quarto. O café da manhã do hotel é bom, mas com poucas opções.

A great night's stay in town and local to everything. Good breakfast, too.
