The room was so nice. Le Labo Rose scented shower gel, soap, conditioner, etc. Super comfy bed and big room compared to other hotels in the same area. Worth the price in my opinion. They also let us check in early which was great as well

The location is everything if you want to be close to the waterfront. The room was nice, the amenities were well kept, gym was a bit small, but had all the main items. The staff were friendly and very helpful with everything.

Aside from being a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, with the most comfortable of beds, the staff went above and beyond to help me when I needed some help, including recovering my phone when it fell between the bed and headboard and I couldn't move the bed and providing me with a replacement second hand suitcase when the zip on mine broke as I was packing to head home. I would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor heated salt water pool was a real treat. Absolutely amazing breakfast buffet as well as other spreads at lunch, appetizers at 5 and dessert at 8. This evening s all included with the gold level. So worth it! Also complementary bikes but book early!

The room was clean and the property is in a great location, which made it very convenient for getting around. However, we were travelling with a toddler, and the bed design posed a bit of a safety concern. The mattress is surrounded by a wooden frame that sticks out, which could be easy for a young child to bump into.
If you’re travelling with little ones, it’s something to be mindful of—bringing extra padding or requesting a different room setup (if available) might help make your stay more comfortable.
