Mountain view ls were excellent and parking was right in front of the hotel

Family with dog. Very convenient, room was large enough to accommodate a large dog with dog bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are quite dated and the coffee in the room might kill you, but if you can get a reasonable price don’t hesitate to book here!

It’s perfect for sleeping and skiing

The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean. The only complaint I have is the beds were a bit too firm.

Just for hill accommodation the price is incredible. The stop was really friendly. Yes it’s an older building but after skiing if you’re just looking for a comfy bed to sleep in and to wake up and to literally walk 100 m to the lift, this is the place.

Loved being right on the ski hill! Our room was clean but very outdated and furniture etc. were in poor repair!

Great front desk service free bus downtown is awesome great parking you can’t go wrong!

Old rooms, but nice building overall, renovation of lobby and games room was a few years ago, but still decent.

Excellent hotel minutes from the Ski Hill

Location to lifts is fantastic, a hot tub would make it even better.

Stayed at this hotel for a night, and let’s just say it was an experience. The beds were so firm I’m pretty sure I could’ve slept on the floor and had the same effect. The pillows, on the other hand, were so soft they practically disappeared when I laid my head down. As a bonus, the appliances were all unplugged when we arrived—guess they wanted to give us the full scavenger hunt experience. Oh, and the musty smell? Definitely added to the ambiance. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re into adventure. That being said, it’s exactly what we paid for with the price. Would stay here again.

We love the ski in ski out! And my kids like having the pool table to play on!

It’s a cheat code, staying that close to the mountain

Slope Side Lodge has been our lodging at Fernie Alpine Resort for a few years now. Very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be staying there for many more years to come!

Great location

Bathrooms in rough shape, ours had mold and rot. Hot tub was not working, which was the reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast was toast and yogurt. Room was clean and mostly updated. Not a bad option for a cheap, short stay
