Staff was very awesome. Check in was great. When we arrived back at 3:45 am, the door was locked, with a note to put your key on the pad to the left. I was looking around for the right place, and the staff opened it for us. Very much appreciated!
The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Place was awefull , pool closed , no one said anything even upon check in .. my wife was the one staying with friends . 2 rooms booked ,, property did not respond when i enquired about a partial refund of no pool etc .. no response , do not stay here

Front desk staff were polite n professional... however was not told before hand that pool was closed , friends went to concert and i was looking forward to pool. Why we booked here... an offer of room upgrade , free breakfast , nothing . Maybe 20% of room rate put back to card , not impressed with that issue ,,,
