The quality of our stay have been enhanced by one staff Ramon at front office. He is the example of what hospitality means. We rarely get bad service in any hotels we stay in during our travels but what is always lacking is the warmness and the genuine as of the service they provide. Unless you’re in Asia most cities lack this in their staff. Ramon epitomizes the care he gives to guests. He made the shortcomings of an otherwise dated hotel worth returning to ! Having said that there’s also a lot to like - like the easy access to coffee and tea at the lobby. A great location and a very good team of support staff incl. Sebastian of engineering I believe when he helped fix the safe and the finicky room door. I think you really have one big asset and that’s is your team of staff !!! For this we wud definitely come back and recommend friends to this hotel !

Walkable and central to the spots!

Overall, great value for the money.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the waterfront, 10 minutes to Spring Garden Rd. Rooms are clean and updated, staffs are nice.

The hotel was in an excellent spot in the downtown area. Perfect distance to the waterfront and walkable to many other locations. Parking was easier then expected.

Room was very dark despite the lighting. It was fairly clean. Parking was fine. Room condition was poor. Opened frig and an enema in a bag was left in it. The frig was not cleaned after staff removed the enema despite us asking. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days before it was repaired. The dead bolt stuck so the room door didn’t close without us manually doing it. We asked repeatedly to have it fixed. It didn’t happen. 7 days of having to check and recheck the door was closed.

The water is not warm when I took shower in the morning. No one clean the room until 3:00PM.

The hotel was clean and the staff are very friendly. It was an easy walk to the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We spent very little time in the hotel . In the short time it sufficed our needs

Great location. Walking distance to harbour front. Lots of restaurants and bar with a coffee shop outside the hotel door. We didn’t use the pool or gym. We did have a drink at the bar on the 4th floor. No one was on there. It was fine.

Very safe area but Main Street so early traffic noise on that side of building.

Room was excellent stayed 5 days. Serviced daily very clean and no noise faced the courtyard. Breakfast one day was ok but plenty of options in area. Great location close to all amenities and boardwalk. Travelled with a small dog and was provided a regular room and not a ‘pet’ room which typically aren’t in good condition in many hotels even though they charge extra. So this made the visit excellent. Would recommend.

Front desk staff were amazing. Loved that there was fresh coffee in the lobby every day. Location was terrific.
