Seemed great when we checked in. When we came back to the room for the night they had no power. There was no communication whatsoever. No one made sure we were comfortable. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone as well as my cell phone and it wouldn’t go through. I woke around 5:30am and still no power. It finally came back on just after 6am. We would have thought someone would come communicate with us on protocols or to ensure we were ok. No refund offered.

They didn’t have power so had to walk up 7 flights of stairs and pack in the dark and leave . Expecting to get a refund

Property was very clean and people were very nice

Hotel and room were very good. The hotel is located in a somewhat shabby industrial area, with easy access to the QEW highway

needs up dating and better cleaning

Rooms were decent, food is horrendous in restaurant.

Need more hooks in the bathroom

Hotel was nice, pool was colder then what expected gym is good Did not sleep all night Pillow not comfortable Girls soccer team up running halls talking loud laughing and yelling till late Room above ours had a young child running in room most of night which we heard not sure why but we did We had to be up at 5 am We were exhausted +++

Didn’t like anything at all,no house keeping but one day out of the four that I stayed.

This is likely a scam. The hotel called me on the day I was supposed to check in and claimed they had to cancel my reservation due to overbooking caused by a technical issue. They promised a refund over the phone, but I never received it. Hotels.com couldn't help because they require the hotel's approval to process a refund — and the hotel has since become unreachable. A very frustrating experience. I strongly advise against booking this property. It should be removed from the search list.

business trip one night stay. ate in restaurant. Staff at check in and restaurant was great. Super friendly. Hotel Clean. It was quiet. spacious room. comfy bed. lots of options in the area. convenient location.

Dirty room, toilet was broken. We were moved to a different room and the toilet was broken aswell. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Bath of the Shower drain verry poorly took about 30 minuts to drain! had to stop my shower bath was full of water

Excellent easy check in

Nice but the bat of the shower was keeping water water took more then 30 minuts to evacuate
