Very Good,

Cozy room and convenient transportation, but if you drive, parking is a big issue: either pay 25 dollars to park at Olympic stadium or take a chance to park along the street.

The apartment was perfect for my trip to Montreal! The location in relation to transit was ideal and there was still lots to do in the area. Would absolutely recommend!

La chambre est située dans une vieille maison genre Air Bnb, les planchers étaient en bois et craquaient à chaque pas dans l'entrée, le corridor et la chambre. Nous pouvions entendre chaque personne qui marchait dans le corridor et discutait dans la cuisine qui était juste devant notre chambre. L'insonorisation est inexistante. Nous pouvions également entendre les gens marcher au dessus de nous, nous n'avons pas trouver de directives pour demander des serviettes supplémentaires ou le ménage de la chambre le matin, nous en avions 2 pour 2 personnes donc une chaque pour 2 jours, mon conjoint en à prit une pour essuyer l'eau de la douche par terre en sortant et nous avons dû nous partager la 2e serviette la 2e journée et départ le matin de la 3e journée. L'absence de point de contact sur place, d'accueil ou similaire était assez déplaisant, nous avons eu l'impression que les propriétaires font le strick minimum pour un gros prix. Le coût est dispendieux pour ce qui est offert et nous choisirons certainement un vrai hôtel la prochaine fois.

This place was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future if it works for my plans.

Know that this is 35 minutes from the center of town by metro, 20 minutes and about 18CAD by uber. The gardens are amazing and Olympic park. But dark and residential at night. Place was fine. Room lovely, beautifully decorated and clean. You never see anyone and have ti come in by codes and lock boxes. Kitchen clean but nothing but coffee seems to be available. Some places have milk, biscuits, tea...but it was a good price and got us to the autumn light show at the gardens which we had NO idea about.

El alojamiento está muy cerca de una parada de metro en una zona tranquila al lado del Estadio Olímpico. La cama era cómoda y tiene una agradable balcón

L’hébergement était propre , bien placé et le stationnement pas trop compliqué. Cela dit un petit rabotage de la porte de sdb serait le bienvenu.

Very clean and spacious.

Fantastic property. Stayed in apartment A, it was nice, big and very clean. In a convenient spot by the metro with the Olympic stadium, biodome, Planétarium and other activities nearby. Would stay here again! Staff also very friendly.

Loved it! Location was great, lots of personality, plenty of restaurants around it. Beware that there are stairs and no elevator. Wonderful, would go back!

Très bon séjour, j'avais qques jours à passer tranquillement et ce fut le cas... L'appart' est grand et traversant (attention au plancher qui grince entre la cuisine/SdB et le salon 😅) dans un quartier résidentiel.

It was a good location for the metro.

Apartment and amenities were great! Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Metro station right down the street was extremely convenient. Property owners were easy to contact, helpful, and left a guide in the room of recommendations for our trip. We would’ve liked to have some extra towels, toilet paper, etc. in our room as we had a bit of a longer stay and ran out. But this was the only critique, I would happily recommend this to any friends visiting :)

The stay felt more like an AirBNB in a condo than a hotel, which was fine, but something to expect if needing amenities or wanting a 24H front desk. It was very clean. Self check in was smooth and they were quick to respond to texts in English and/or French. The hotel is close to Pie-IX métro which made commuting by public transit very easy, as well as the Biodome and other city attractions. The place is old so the floors creak and you can hear the other neighbours walking around; however the area was quiet and safe, making it easy to sleep. This is a personal gripe but the pillows provided were the fluffy kind that really elevates your head and we both found that our necks were sore. If I could change one thing about Hotel Gite du Survenant it would be to have some flat pillows in the closet to have options, but that’s very minor haha. I’d strongly recommend staying here, whether you are a single traveller or a group!
