Very Good,

Cozy room and convenient transportation, but if you drive, parking is a big issue: either pay 25 dollars to park at Olympic stadium or take a chance to park along the street.

Very clean and well appointed apartment. Very easy to get in and out. Lovely location. Sadly, being there in the winter meant that we were nearly cooked out of the place, because the hot water pipes for upper floors pass right through this basement apartment, and they are not insulated. We slept with the windows open on a winter night, because the heat was unbearable and could not be changed.

Very clean room, exactly what we needed for a three night trip to Montreal. Having access to the shared kitchen was very nice, and the hotel was very quiet and located in a convenient area.

The host was courteous and very helpful when we had issued with the Internet. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the the broken oven handle. We had a difficult time understanding why this couldn't have been repaired or the entire range replaced. If children were present, it is a safety hazard. Other than that it was great!

Excellent location and clean room. Only issue was the creaking floorboards- we were worried about disturbing other guests.

Quiet, coean, comfortable

Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, nice decorative touches, prompt response from proprietor, close to Metro Pie-IX station, Olympic Park and surrounding attractions. Excellent value.

Very clean, many amenities, & great location!

Beds were comfy, sheets were clean and crisp, bathroom reasonably clean, shower was good, plenty of hot water. What’s not to like? It’s in a great location for Olympic Park, too, and close to a Metro station.

This place is so cozy and so spacious. We enjoyed the great big kitchen and honestly had all the cookware / appliances we needed. As health-conscious travellers we don't want to eat every single meal at a restaurant, and we enjoy to cook for ourselves sometimes. The suite was beautiful, a luxurious bed and the bathtub was divine. Can fit two people easily! A really sweet, romantic getaway for us. Also about 3 minutes away from the metro station, you just can't beat that!

We stayed in Apartment 3 for 2 nights. The bedrooms were clean and overall apartment was clean and conveniently located. If you don’t mind a paranormal experience, this place can check all the boxes. However, for us this was by far one of the most terrifying experiences of our lives. Starting past midnight, while everyone was asleep we started hearing footsteps and floors creaking right outside our bedrooms in the hallway coming from inside the apartment. My husband and I jumped up and checked it out but there was nothing. No noise coming from the apartment next door, either. Our daughter thankfully did not notice it and only woke up once to use the restroom. The footsteps inside our apartment kept pacing between the two bedrooms, our doors were open, we saw nothing, but we could not sleep out of fear and the loudness of the steps and creaking floors. These noises kept us up til 2 am the first night and until 5am the next night. Both night we also heard what sounded like the neighbours leaving between 2-4am in the morning. We would have done the same had it not been for our daughter and trying not to freak her out. We will not be staying here again.

The apartment was perfect for my trip to Montreal! The location in relation to transit was ideal and there was still lots to do in the area. Would absolutely recommend!

La chambre est située dans une vieille maison genre Air Bnb, les planchers étaient en bois et craquaient à chaque pas dans l'entrée, le corridor et la chambre. Nous pouvions entendre chaque personne qui marchait dans le corridor et discutait dans la cuisine qui était juste devant notre chambre. L'insonorisation est inexistante. Nous pouvions également entendre les gens marcher au dessus de nous, nous n'avons pas trouver de directives pour demander des serviettes supplémentaires ou le ménage de la chambre le matin, nous en avions 2 pour 2 personnes donc une chaque pour 2 jours, mon conjoint en à prit une pour essuyer l'eau de la douche par terre en sortant et nous avons dû nous partager la 2e serviette la 2e journée et départ le matin de la 3e journée. L'absence de point de contact sur place, d'accueil ou similaire était assez déplaisant, nous avons eu l'impression que les propriétaires font le strick minimum pour un gros prix. Le coût est dispendieux pour ce qui est offert et nous choisirons certainement un vrai hôtel la prochaine fois.

This place was beautiful and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future if it works for my plans.

Know that this is 35 minutes from the center of town by metro, 20 minutes and about 18CAD by uber. The gardens are amazing and Olympic park. But dark and residential at night. Place was fine. Room lovely, beautifully decorated and clean. You never see anyone and have ti come in by codes and lock boxes. Kitchen clean but nothing but coffee seems to be available. Some places have milk, biscuits, tea...but it was a good price and got us to the autumn light show at the gardens which we had NO idea about.

El alojamiento está muy cerca de una parada de metro en una zona tranquila al lado del Estadio Olímpico. La cama era cómoda y tiene una agradable balcón

L’hébergement était propre , bien placé et le stationnement pas trop compliqué. Cela dit un petit rabotage de la porte de sdb serait le bienvenu.
