I didnt get laundry done during my stay but the breakfast was fantastic

The room was clean and nice.

Have stayed here several times. Always happy to find a clean, quiet place that accommodates pets.

Out room window started to leak and we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night.

The staff here are amazing. They truly care about the property, and the people who stay with them. You could tell how much they cared about the property by how well it was maintained. Nothing was overlooked. It was clean in the corners, between the grout, everything was sparkling. However, there is only so much you can maintain something before it wears out and needs to be replaced. Sadly, the carpets, the duvet, the showerhead, all of the heavy use items were past their use life. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay, this place is amazing - just be aware that somethings are older than they should be.

Stayed here for four nights, room was very clean but popcorn ceiling of room was bubbled and stained. Also found the room very dark with not enough lighting, in the corner where the luggage rack was you could hardly see what was in the suitcase. There was some sort of tournament happening in town while I was there and there were kids running around in the hallway/lobby several evenings. Not a big deal, but not great when you just need some peace and quiet. Again room was very clean which is what matters! But the lobby, etc. didn’t appear to be, it looked rundown and needed a refresh.

We enjoyed our stay

Staff were very friendly . Unfortunately our room was not very clean . As soon as we arrived, there was a piece of licorice behind our door, garbage under the tv stand, and garbage from a marijuana package by the window .

I've stayed at the Greenwood Inn before, but this was the first time I had to bring my dog with me. We were assigned a room right beside a stairwell leading outdoors, so I didn't need to walk my dog through the lobby where she may have been distracted. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the price – including a small fee for accommodating my dog – was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was much warmer than last 2 times we were there. Went to eat supper late - 8:20 - but 8:30 kids have to be out of the restaurant. So that part wasn’t great. Otherwise, it’s a decent hotel. Nothing extravagant or fancy but good enough.

Terrible wait time for security deposit refund

Dated property, beds were sagging in the middle and generally needs upgrades.

Severe disappointment - it’s one thing to let kids run up and down hallways screaming for hours and hours on end until 2-3 o’clock in the morning , but for the night staff telling us there is nothing he can do about it was completely and utterly disappointing. For how much I paid for a two night stay and both of these nights I could not sleep , this was my last time staying here.

Room and staff were good; however, our stay was significantly impacted by repeated disturbances. Friday night began with a 3:00 a.m. call to the front desk due to intoxicated adults causing a loud disturbance in the hallway where children were sleeping before an 8:30 a.m. game. The second night escalated further. A hockey team’s young (early 20s) chaperones were seen bringing alcohol into rooms, vaping, and encouraging U13 players to bang on other guests’ doors. They were politely asked multiple times to stop, but the behavior continued. One guest checked out because of the constant disruption. Most concerning, three of our children were chased in the hallway by members of the U13 team. One became separated and was hiding because he was scared. I had to go find him. At that point, it became a safety issue. Multiple complaints were made. Management and security spoke to the group and made rounds, yet the behavior persisted. Although a 9:30 p.m. curfew was finally set by a parent of this team, banging on our doors occurred again around 3:00 a.m. Our child cried that night, saying he felt unsafe. While the room and staff were good, the situation made our stay extremely upsetting.

The room was clean, except for the main bedsheet was dirty and when requested they never came and changed it
