Decent

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Had a great weekend.

Maybe it’s just the country we are staying in and the attitude is the same wherever we stay but no staff are happy, no staff are customer friendly and the little things that people like when away from home are non existent. An example being that when the weather was very wet one day we asked if we could borrow an umbrella and we were told that we could buy one but they had none to borrow.

Everything was good at this Hotel.

BIGGEST PARKING SCAM. Even though you’re staying at the hotel, parking is 45$ A DAY. next door parking is 20$ but you don’t know until you arrive at the desk. Breakfast wasn’t ideal. The eggs, sausages and waffles tasted like carton and staff was rude to other guests. Honestly can do better in the area.

breakfast was okay, typical hôtel breakfast. the rooms were nice and clean and they had plenty of towels, soap et lotion. i have nothing bad to say!

I stayed for one night at this location and I have no complaints. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, onsite parking was easy to navigate. Complimentary breakfast was standard but good! The room was on the smaller side but as it was just myself for the one night this was not a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in this area. I think the 2.5 stars it says the hotel is rated is strictly because of the area it is in, not because of the actual hotel quality.

Great room, nice and clean. Breakfast has few selections and isn’t all that great. Have stayed here often but would count myself out of the breakfast.

Lovely time for our second stay in 5 months! We won’t hesitate to return in the future. Perfect location to explore downtown but removed enough from the busy core to rest & relax during our downtime.

Clean hotel with a comfortable bed and accommodating staff. Free breakfast with lots of options to start your day. There is street noise but I found earplugs blocked most of it. The gym is decently equipped for a small hotel gym but would benefit from the addition of a foam roller and water available in the actual space. Stated here as it was easy access to Massey Hall and would definitely book again in the future if I come to see a show again.

The cleanliness was on point! Rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet had a big selection, however the turkey bacon was stacked up in a huge pan and put in the oven. It looked like boiled turkey bacon. Not very appealing with it not being fried

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff extremely clean rooms very nice breakfast was delightfully surprised that all was better than expected.

Excellent stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. I loved the walk-in shower. Plenty of storage drawers, a large closet, fridge and microwave all worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The heating/fan unit was a bit noisy and clunky at times but not so much that it kept us awake. Extra large LG tv was a nice touch. Only complaint about it was that it had very few apps available. Housekeeping every second day was perfect. Breakfast was a good variety of options: oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, etc. So nice to be able to get a hot, fresh breakfast every morning before setting out for the day. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hampton, for making our trip even more special.
