Overall a good experience.

Peaceful

The blow dryer did not work. A repairman was sent up and he couldn’t figure it out. Fortunately he was able to get us a replacement. Also, we couldn’t get the coffee maker to function. I found that it was plugged into the desk lamp but the lamp wasn’t plugged into the wall. Frustrating! Also, we were charged $150 for a damage deposit. We left the room in perfect condition. We checked out almost 30 hours ago. Where is my refund?

Good place to stay

We really loved staying here. Only complaint would be that the beds were quite hard. An option of a mattress topper for those who like a softer mattress or some rooms with softer mattresses would have been nice. Free breakfast was delicious and a nice bonus. Wish it was on till 10am every day

Hotel is showing it age . Needs new a Reno

We had to check out really early and the guy at the desk put together a snack bag for my daughtet and I! It was extremely thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Thank you!! Great services, great stay

Great place to stay if you're hockey tournament is being held at the ice center next door. Bowling, theatre and a pub are within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast isn't bad.

The room was more comfortable than advertised. My family enjoyed every bit of our stay.
