Clean room, clean hotel and excellent proximity to amenities. We visited both Niagara Falls and Niagara-by-the Lake on this trip and it was right in the middle. Having the outlet mall across the street was a fantastic bonus.

Nice spacious room, onsite parking, large bath with enough counter space for both our stuff. Free hot breakfast with eggs and meat (along with pancakes, cereal, fruit etc) was a big convenience

Everything was good except the door on the bathroom. It’s a barn door that has huge gaps on each side. You can see right into the bathroom—no privacy—sight or sound It’s very very odd!!

We stayed for 1 week. The room was nice.
What we didnt like was that they never had enough breakfast made for the amount of guests. To many days they were running out of foid and making guests wait for them to make more.
