Location is perfect for visiting Toronto. The staff were FANTASTIC!!! Went above and beyond on customer service. Really amazing staff all around.

Nice, clean hotel that was very accommodating

Loved the location, Old Town Toronto. The hotel itself is a little dated, but was super clean, really comfortable beds and had the most friendly and helpful staff. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, parks, all the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again.

The property was convenient and room was spacious

The remote control for the tv did not work, they had to give me a new one. The thermostat in the room did not work, technician had to come and repair it....not impressed.

Really close to St. Lawrence Market and St. Michael's hospital. This is the second stay we have done. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating with late check-out if needed.

Great place!!

People were nice and room very clean. Breakfast was very good, having a paid garage definitely a plus. Unfortunately the property is located across a park that is full of tents with homeless people, does not feel safe in the night.

I had an enjoyable stay — the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with hygiene products provided, which was a nice touch. The hotel gym, however, is quite small; with just four people working out, it already felt overcrowded, making it a bit rushed to complete a workout due to limited machines and space. The buffet was excellent and very convenient, especially for busy travelers and those attending business meetings like myself. Parking was another plus, with spaces available right on-site. Overall, a great stay with only minor improvements needed for the fitness area.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Breakfast option was wonderful.

Nice, clean & quiet hotel. The breakfast was quite good & expansive, but they could use more staff to keep up with the demand & table cleaning.

This property is very clean inside and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are very accommodating and friendly and do a very good job. The breakfast was good. Our room was a little small, very warm, and had little water pressure in the shower. The outside of the property had two large plant pots with Christmas decorations still displayed in them in mid April and was not too inviting. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.
