Nice new clean hotel, liked that they had a room for hockey equipment

It’s my 3rd time in Home2 suites by Hilton at the same property. It’s always a pleasure to stay with them. Extremely clean and comfortable

The room was clean and spacious. It was noisy at night, doors slamming and the heater was really loud. I could hear alot of traffic at night.

Front desk very polite and efficient. Hotel is well maintained and conveniently located.

If you have to manage your own food issues when you travel this place is the best. So much counter space, apartment sized fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full set of bowls cups mugs and cutlery along with dish sink, dish soap, dishwasher powder and cleaning sponge. The bathroom had enough towels for our family. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and pullout couch and couch even had a curtain yo pull around it. There is no hot tub but the pool is warm and has deep end as well as shallow end so our 6 and 7 year old could touch. Breakfast was hot and delicious with great options like waffles, omlets and sausage and hard boiled eggs. The coffee is great tasting and fresh. Parking is adequate although a little tight. Only downside is there really isnt any place to park if you are pulling a trailer or driving uhaul sized truck. Right beside airport so might be hard if you are extremly light sleeper but im sure they could put uou on other side of building. Would highly recommend. Not the cheapest option but SUPER clean so you get what you pay for.

This is my favorite hotel in Thunder bay. Unfortunately this stay on a friday night coming off a business trip was not great. People were speaking loudly to each outside my room at 5am and letting their doors slam. Other than that, i will continue using this hotel and recommending it

Nice new(ish) hotel (Jan 2024). The room we had (queen double suite) was amazingly big with a small kitchenette ( full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utensils) with a good pullout couch/ queen size bed- to give a total of 3 Queen sized beds in the room. Perfect for 3 family members. Clean and an obviously newer hotel. Reception quick and efficient. Beds very comfortable. Even the pullout couch bed pretty good. Breakfast pretty standard for this type of place- toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, with 2 choices for hot breakfast protein ( eggs either fried or in an omlette format) and sausage or bacon. 24 hr coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Our experience over the 4 days is the hot choices were way better (fresher) if you got up early.

One of my favorites in Thunder Bay. It is so quiet and the staff are so friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean the staff was very nice. The price was a bit high but overall it was a good stay
