This hotel was such an unexpected gem- the restaurant was excellent (food, service and wine list- the kind of place that could easily be pretentious, but thankfully is not). The front desk staff went above and beyond - all requests were accommodated and and we left feeling truly rested and like valued guests. We will be back and recommend it to our friends and family

I was surprised when I checked out and I asked for a receipt that the reception clerk said that because I reserved thru Expedia the from desk could not issue a receipt. Strange because a week before at a different hotel I was issued receipts when I checked in.

It was a great overnight spot with a restaurant, food was good, beds sleepable ( too hard for me but my husband didn’t mind it) AC was noisy and curtains didn’t fully close but it was really clean and large room and comfortable enough.

The pool was not working which after a long day of travelling my niece was very excited to be able to unwind in the pool, so finding out she wasn’t able to was very disappointing, this information should be made available online. The rooms are very poorly lit making them very dark and unwelcoming. The TV did not work and the cable box wouldn’t turn on either. Very disappointed for the price we paid

supposed to have an included breakfast , but no breakfast was served due to low amount of people on wednesday .
Supposed to have a pool for the kids , but no pool because its under repair.
We paied the extra for it... but were told about it on arrival.

Hôtel bien situé, facile d’accès. Si vous reservé par expédia et que vous avez déjà payé, faite attention qu’il ne vous charge
pas deux fois. La description de l’hôtel sur expédia n’était pas à jour ( il n’y avait pas de piscine). L’accès au restaurant le soir après une longue route et le matin avant de repartir est très apprécié!

Mon séjour à l’Hôtel 1212 avec une collègue a été catastrophique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des bris majeurs :les cartes de chambres ne fonctionnait pas(et ce depuis 2 semaines et nous n'avons pas été avisé),le lendemain un trou énorme dans le mur juste à côté de la poignée de porte, "réparé" à la va-vite avec du ruban adhésif de construction (Tuck Tape). Pour couronner le tout, nous avons manqué d’électricité, ce qui a rendu impossible toute préparation le matin.
Le pire reste le service client : cela fait maintenant une semaine complète que nous tentons de joindre la propriétaire chaque jour pour obtenir un remboursement partiel légitime. C'est un silence radio total. Aucun rappel, aucun respect pour la clientèle. Évitez cet endroit.
