A nice location for popariders!

One fact heavily impacted my staying. In my floor the housekeepers were being so noisy making the walls shake. We couldn´t take a nap because they were cleaning the rooms next to ours and what they were doing was like they were slamming doors or dropping heavy stuff, over and over. This was making the walls shake/vibrate and we couldn´t sleep because of that. I went outside the room and talked to one of the maids about it, but I didn´t work, so I called the reception and made a complaint that actually worked, but on the next day the same situation happened and this time we didn´t try to call the reception because we felt discouraged.

it does not offer breakfast. The pool is execellent and warm . I really like it.

Grande chambre, propre. Très bien les lits également. Ne manquait de rien. Le check in et check out sest bien passé. Personnel courtois. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

The see the rooms are renovated which is good but the thermostat couldn’t be controlled and the fan wasn’t circulating the air at all.

The swimming pool is small and the elevators are often busy.

Chambre ayant besoin de travaux ; ont aurait dit que les couvertures n’avait pas été changé / lavé avec plein de cheveux; restaurant fermer ce matin ; le gars à la réception me demande ce matin comment sa avait été et je lui répond « bof » et il me dit « ok bonne journée »😵‍💫; dernière fois à cet hôtel

The family room was spacious and the beds were firm and comfortable. The sheets were clean.

Overall pretty good but rooms were very hot in the winter. We asked to turn on the AC but they had them disabled and opening the windows was not cooling the room enough. Also charging for a baby crib is quite disappointing since most hotels do this complimentary.
