A nice location for popariders!

I like the indoor parking, nice restaurants close by. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was annoying was the elevators. Very small only 3 to 4 people can fit in. It's a super busy hotel and couldn't get an elevator to our room for 10 mins every single time... extremely frustrating.

Les lits étaient confortables. La chose que je déplore c’est qu’il y a eu assurément une inondation dans la chambre donc les murs ainsi que la porte de la salle de bain sont pourris donc remplis de champignons et c’est visible. Il ne devrait pas loué cette chambre dans un tel état.

Microwave , tiny room for the price

It was a good property close to all the amenities. Only 20 minute drive to Quebec city. Pool is very small for the kids but overall good stay.

The room was clean. Service was good. All the machinery in the workout room was broken.

The room was not like the photos at all, the window was small the bathroom was to small and the bottom of bathtub was rusted and even the bathroom plug wasn’t fastened to the wall correctly… The internet was very slow. Worse part of all the second night we had a huge spider in one of our beds. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff are very friendly and made checking in and out simple. We drove here from Ontario and parking was good as there are multiple levels in the parking garage. The room was very clean and spacious. Our only “complaint” is the elevators as they took very long but it did not affect our opinion on this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for all kinds of travellers from solo travellers to families. 😊

It doesn’t look like four stars hotel.

It’s just ok. The rooms are pretty small. The room a/c was really loud which made for a difficult sleep. Washrooms need to be updated. Not sure why it has a rating of 8/10 on Expedia. It really is just a basic hotel.

La description et les photos de la catégorie «chambre familiale » sont trompeuses. Il est indiqué qu’il y a deux pièces (3 lits doubles), mais nous avons eu une chambre avec 3 lits doubles dans une seule pièce. Ces photos apparaissent ainsi autant sur le site de l’hôtel que celui d’Expedia. En date d’aujourd’hui, aucune mention qu’il est possible que la chambre de cette catégorie soit différente. La présence des deux chambres étaient spécifiquement la raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cette chambre. Aucune possibilité de changement ni compensation possible, après ma demande au superviseur et celle de l’agent d’Expedia. Expedia nous a offert un bon rabais de 50$ applicable sur une prochaine réservation, mais cela n’a pas permis d’améliorer notre situation immédiate. Environ 50 % des appareils de gym étaient hors-service. Finalement, le réservoir et filtre de la machine à café étaient si sales que nous nous sommes abstenus de l’utiliser. Le reste (confort, literie, etc) était somme toute adéquat (en fonction de la gamme de prix assez bas mais pour Québec).

Everything was excellent. My favorite place to stay while in Quebec.

The hotel rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. The Cosmos restaurant had good food.

It’s a nice hotel … however the cleaness of the room floor could have been much cleaner. Make sur you request a room with a balcony. Beds are very confortable …. We had a room with a balcony and king size bed.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. The photos look NOTHING like the room you get. No baseboards in dungeon-like hallways leading to room. Passed by garbage and a razor in the hallway en route to our room. My young daughter placed her phone on the wall-mounted bedside table upon entering, and the whole unit came crashing to the floor. The floor was slanted and uneven, there was rust/mildew stains in the shower, the sink drain was broken and water damage and mould were visible on the back of the bathroom door. When our cot was delivered, there were spooge marks on the base and other foreign debris. Trying to make the best of the crappy situation, we went out and enjoyed old town before calling it a night. Woke up the next morning and noticed bugs on our towels, which prompted a more thorough search of the room. Upon further inspection, we found bug eggs in the heater/air conditioner unit and suspected bed bug debris on the mattress. The manager's response was simply that they were full minus a suite which would not be ready for us until the evening hour. They offered to vacuum the bed and clean the heating unit. They flatout refused reimbursement. We decided to ultimately cut our stay short and drove >10 hours home. We ultimately had to purchase a bed bug heating unit and abandon expensive luggage without compensation. RUN from this place.

I like th room because it occupied all of us 6 member. Highly recommend!
