This was our second stay at the hotel love the location great shopping and dining walking distance! (Across the street) this is our stay when attending concerts at the Vidéotron centre like 20 min away! We will be back!!!

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Everything we needed was available, and the stay was pleasant overall.
We booked two rooms because our group had five people and each room accommodated a maximum of four guests. While both rooms were of the same category, one of the rooms had a sliding bathroom door that would not lock, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if the hotel could ensure all room fixtures are checked and maintained before guests arrive.
Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

沒有早餐供應，地面泊車埸混亂，路旁一直修路，步行和駕車都十分困難，前台工作人員服務態度不太友善，房間垃圾桶沒有舖上垃圾袋，房內有微波爐和燒水器，外賣平台送餐人員可自由出入酒店樓層缺保安政策，凌晨時份也有外賣送餐員走到房間樓層，安全性成疑，酒店旁的Cosmo餐廳訂價太高，而且食物份量很少，食物味道不好，也跟服務員了解過，但還是很差勁，建議還是到外面商場吃其他餐廳更好，一點也不值得

There were hair left on my blanket from other travellers. Food crumbs on the floor. Floor was sticky.
We drive a truck so have to enter and exit using the back door which we have to walk pass garbage dumpsters and the back entrance was disguising, dirty.
Elevator was slow during check in time.
Staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful and fast.
Would not stay again for this price.

Overall the room was good for three adults. The staff were noce, but some don't know English weel ao moght be a bit of trouble to communicate.
The room were not very clean, I foind hair in one of the shower towel.

It was a terrible experience we had. When we checked in hotel , we saw one hotel manager was fighting with customer . They have heated argument and it was so loud. We checked in around 11:10 pm. At one moment i feel unsafe for my wife as they were trying to hit each other. My wife was nervous and didn’t want to have this experience as she is pregnant. We came for relax and we found this. I would like to suggest to staff to solve matter in the office rather than on the floor or lift area. I was suppose to check out same time as we feel scared. But we paid already . It would be great if you understand our concern thanks
