This wasn't our 1st stay at the hotel. However, upon confirming telephonically📱 earlier I advised the clerk that a ground floor room would be preferable, as we have two (2) 🐶 dogs 🐕 and stairs = harder to negotiate with them. In any case, we were disappointed to find that we were assigned a room upstairs AND that there were No Vacancies downstairs for us to be swapped into... Needless to say, it was cumbersome, exhausting and makes me question my loyalty to this establishment.

Very clean and welcoming staff. We have stayed here each time we come to Amos.

Booked a 2 bed “superior” room with a balcony, got a room upstairs, but when I specifically booked a “superior” room with a balcony entrance, the front desk changed it, but with only 1 bed. The front lobby was already locked before midnight, and there was no doorbell to ring the front desk, had to google the number and call for the front to be opened, it was -20 degrees outside.

Stable and sensible place for my dog 🐶 and I to stay at, en route to Montréal. Great halfway spot 😃

On nous réclame un dépôt d’un somme importante pour prendre possession de la chambre. La réservation était payé à l’avance. Aucune mention de ce dépôt dans le texte de la location. Soyez avertis!

Over all it good stay but I did not like the rug. Needs floors to be hypoallergenic

The room was very large, modern and clean. The bathroom was very nice. They advertise a restaurant but there isn't one

Chambre très propre et lit très confortable. Le déjeuner préparé dans un sac à emporter selon notre choix nous convient tout à fait.

Cette hotel na pas beaucoup d'étoiles mais elle devrait en avoir 5 impeccable sur tout.
