It near to Chinatown and near to downtown. Also, you might find out it is easy to access. Yet, I have faced there has party in hotel. And the party place is the main lobby, and I have to access and pass through many people.
On the other hand, the hotel room seems not enough light to me. Therefore, I think for those not accept for very dark at night, you might not love this hotel.

Room was clean. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Location was amazing- lots of good food options nearby.
Only issue was the AC / heat was super loud! In the middle of the night the fan would turn on and wake me up! And of course there was no way to turn the fan off without shutting the heat off (which isn’t good when it’s -20°C).
Bring earplugs.

Staff was nice, but restroom had no door separating from room and overall environment was not ideal: there were nails in random spots in our room floor, bathroom did not seem to be very clean, and we saw a mice running around the main lobby/bar area. overall felt safe but 3/5 for the cleanliness aspect.
