Small hotel but nice with courtesy assistance. He manager and staffs are nice and very helpful.

Not so clean and only heater that’s not properly working

Basic hotel with totally clean room and free parking. Good value in Squamish.

Clean room and close by parking

Room was spotless. Quiet 24/7! Nice wide hallways. It’s an old hotel but staff are great, bed is perfect! Sheets and towels are new and white. I was able to extend my stay without complication for an extra day at the discounted rate! I had a great relaxing stay!

Parking was great. Shower spout shoots water sideways onto the wall and the pillows are way too thick. Thanks!

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Music at restaurant down below was a little loud but all in all Great value

The staff went above and beyond

The hotel didn't have an elevator or a lift for disabled persons like myself who just has undergone a total knee replacemet on my left knee. The rooms were on the 2nd floor and the stairs going to the 2nd floor was a winding staircase which was not safe. I couldn't even hold on to the hand rail that was too close to the wall. My hand couldn't go through. I would like to file a complaint to BC Health & Safety to have their winding stairs inestigated as this is a health hazard for the guest. The guest can't hold on both sides of the stair railing.They should also have warning in their ads that their rooms are only accessible by the stairs and yet their stairs are not safe. You should look into these health and safety matters as these are serious matters specially if there are fires or earthquakes . The frontdesk wasn't also manned . When one guest forgot her key there was no one in the front desk or in the office to help. She had to ask for help from us to call a hotel personnel.

Ease of check in

Parking was easy, the hotel is a complete rundown and I won’t recommend it for anyone looking to stay indoors alot.

overall the place was ok. They main issue was the noise and the fact that it was really expensive for the overall quality we got. If prices continue like that, we will not use the service anymore

Would stay here again

Hotel Squamish was not a pleasant experience. When we arrived, within the hours that we were told the front desk was open, there was no one in the hotel and calling the number posted on the door didn’t help. We ended up needing to go to the liquor store next door to find someone to help us. The woman who finally appeared in the liquor store was not friendly and they did the checking at the liquor store. Getting into our room, the hallways stank, but thankfully it didn’t permeate the room as much. In our room, there were yellow liquid stains on one wall, the bathroom was in disrepair, and the TV was broken. The only positive thing I can say is ‘at least we didn’t see any bugs’. Will not be staying there again.
