Chambre propre, excellent service.

We stay here often for skiing in the winter with our daughter. This year my husband and I decided to go just the 2 of us a few times we love it. The outdoor hot is amazing.

We loved the hotel V, service was amazing and a truly beautiful place. We will be back!

The hot tub was not hot enough.

The Hotel is well taken care of. The rooms are kept clean and well supplied. The restaurant food is excellent and brought to your room for take out. Overall a great Hotel.

À l’extérieur d’Ottawa mais parfait si on a une voiture

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, il faut utiliser un monte charge pour aller aux étages dans le cas où l’on a un charriot à bagage. Le café est offert le matin, c’est très bien. Le climatiseur mural est bruyant L’insonorisation n’est pas génial, j’entendais la musique douce de la chambre à côté.

Had the basic room 112, terrible, the base of the bed was too big, a real toe breaker. Too small, old bath/shower combo. Run down and needs renov. Maybe an upgrade is needed for a nicer room.

Small intimate hotel with big property amenities including an excellent dining room and fabulous bar. The outdoor patio looks great too. The staff are accomodating professional and personable. I will return and recommend my staff to stay here. It's about a 15 minute ride to Parliament Hill. Rush hour traffic is horrid.

Très propre et belle décoration. C’est le plus bel Hôtel que j’ai eu la chance d’y aller à Gatineau. Si j’ai à y retourner, c’est celui là que je vais choisir.

All staff were nice, polite and genuinely willing to help. The property is not really meant for someone with mobility issues. The elevator is like a big dumb waiter, extremelly small, confining and i dont believe emergency services could have a stretcher in there should that be required. The venting system was super loud. It was like sleeping beside a running truck however the windows opened so slept with windows open. The pillows were super hard and there no other type of pillows were available. What made up for this inconvenienve is the staff and the cleanliness of the place !! I would return only if I had a room on first floor because the price was great but would definitely bring a pillow and ear plugs. Good hotel overall.
