Even I checked in at 3:xxPM, I could not get a room at ground floor. I need to load my luggages to upper floor without any elevator.

Generally speaking, this is a good hotel and above average.

Staff were friendly

Good breakfast options, beds were comfy and particularly liked the vinyl flooring in the room for cleanliness. Downside: toilet had a poo stain so made us wonder if it had been cleaned, and also the sink in the washroom was much too high for our toddler to reach to wash hands/brush teeth.

Basic hotel with excellent service and a nice complimentary breakfast. No extras (e.g. restaurant, gym, office centre) but everything was clean and staff were super friendly. The hotel is in an industrial area with a few restaurants nearby. I was travelling on my own and was satisfied with the hotel.

We had a great stay. The room was great and smelled clean! I would highly recommend.

It would be better if the pet friendly rooms had an exterior door access to the parking lot

The hotel is in a quiet area There is no elevator to the second floor. The property is clean. The bathroom on the tiny side.

The products used for cleaning had a strong smell.

Room was clean and spacious.

The front desk clerk was not helpful, insisted a major credit card wasn’t working.

Clean efficient.

Invest in a better mattress and the breakfast you offer is pathetic.

Lost power

Overall a great stay.

Right near many restaurants.

Gets the job done, but has drawbacks. No sound attenuation. You can hear the shower upstairs and hear neighbours. A basic breakfast is available, which is nice. During my stay, power was interrupted which was inconvenient.
