Hotel is in a great location close to all the shops. Not a far walk to the falls.
I like that the hotel had a fridge and microwave. It is nice indoor/outdoor pool.
I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years it is our favourite hotel.

Howard Johnson charged 45 CAD on top of the receipt. It appears they charged it before we checked in and tried to refund it but the refund did not go through.
We called the sales manager who appeared to be quite rude and told us the extra charge was for parking. They must have assumed we have a car.

Let me first start by saying when I walked in my room, there was urine stains all on the floor beside the toilet then when we looked at the bathtub, there was hairs from previous people. Also, the hot tub had a disgusting brown film around the hot tub. The manager on-call and the other colleague didn’t really do much about anything. I will not be staying here again.

The room was clean but the room nect door was very noisy and i was not able to connect with the front desk to report it. I did report it the next day and the next 2 nights were quiet.

We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room was a nice size for our family of 4 (2 Queen beds plus a couch). The hotel was very close to restaurants and entertainment and a decent walk to the falls. The bus stop was close by too. The only issue was that the room felt a little damp the whole time (though in fairness, it was 90 degrees and humid that week).
