Nice hotel, good service!

Room is very clean. Breakfast is good!

Good breakfast, and the room was good

In the middle of nowhere, no restaurant, and no services. TV never worked the whole time we were there, and someone came to try to get it uo eork and couldn't. Front desk staff wouldn't help you with anything. Wouldn't give us a different room. Do not recommend.

We love this hotel It is very clean and comfortable Need to be more flexible on room changes and date changes That's where the staff could be more helpful We were there in the winter time and the snow and ice cleanup was a little treacherous but that was the only complaint we had as far as property maintenance Biggest issue is there is no restaurants or facilities close by within walking distance Despite the small issues this is the best deal in town and we will continue going there the near future for sure

Cancelled my reservation without notifying me after I drove 13 hours to get there

Hotel staff was rude and arrogant. Cancelled our reservation with zero notice or communication and laughed in our face when we were trying to resolve their mistake. Saw them do the same to others in the lobby. Left us scrambling to find a hotel room in a pretty much fully booked city after driving three hours, making us late to our event. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my enemies.

Booked my hotel months in advance. Received an email the day before confirming my stay. Then 4 minutes before check in, I get an email ( keep in mind I’m on the road on my way to the hotel) saying my reservation has been cancelled. 30 minutes later I call them and they already gave my room away and had nothing else. Hotels.com did nothing to help either. ( booked through them)

Really lovely stay! We were here for the Grand Prix and it was such a good spot for the price. Rooms are large and very nice! We also really liked the continental breakfast included.

Having read so many reviews of this hotel I was very surprised by our experience. When we first checked in we were sent to a room that we had not booked (2 beds instead of 1 king), the bathroom was not clean at all - hair all over the walls of the shower, the floors were filthy - I dropped my sweater on the floor and picked it up and it was covered in dust and who knows what else, and when I pulled back the sheets on the bed to get in there was a stain on them that was crusty. There was also no way to adjust the temperature (the thermostat didn't do anything) in the room and the windows wouldn't open so it was quite stuffy and warm. The hotel was quiet enough and my partner said the breakfast was good but we won't be staying there again.

Comfortable bed and really nice room. Conveniently located for driving into Montreal, lots of free parking. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is good but the shower walls in the bathroom is very dirty. Sorry to say it.

I go to this hotel since its opening. I like the large room, the parking and the location. However, I have seen decrease in the quality of the facility and the service, with price increase. The last couple times I have been , were really bad. Once I had about 1 inch of dust in the room. Advised the main desk , sent an email.and nothing was done . This time the ac was not working. I was offered to change room , but after the second night, I was already installed. The towels in the rooms were in an unacceptable condition. Staff could careless. Not going back ever . For the same price you can have better hotels in better location (10-30) for example.
