This place is beautiful all around. The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfasts had a great variety of choices and the staff were helpful and excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Brossard.

They gave someone else our room and we were walked in on and they charged me $126 for no reason so I had to fix that.

Chambre propre mais hôtel vieillot. Bonne literie. Ménage 1 jour sur 2 ce qui est limite pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Petit déjeuner moyen avec une brouillard faite à partir d’œufs en poudre. Pas de jus de fruits le 1er jour (appareil HS) et tables non nettoyées par manque de personnel. Wifi correct.

There was confusion at check in. The lady at the front desk told us that we didn’t have the reservation but when I showed her our itinerary number, it turned out that she gave our room to another person with the same first name on our reservation. She called on a guy to help with the issue since I pointed out that I have the itinerary number on our booking. He corrected the issue and gave us a room.
