Everything was very close, could walk to restaurants and mall. Staff were very nice and helpful. Even though it is an older hotel we would recommend this place and would stay there again. Only strange thing, there is different price for whatever night you stayed.
Room clean beds comfortable and good pillows. Parking was good we parked in the outside lot, no issues.

Indoor parking is perfectly accessible. But I would like to heighten the security between the garage and the entrance to the hotel .
The heating system is quite low when it starts up, this can be fixed.
The design of the accessible bathroom is user friendly, I enjoy that.
Linens are well laundered .

L’hôtel est propre, mais commence à montrer des signes de vieillissement. Le lit est confortable et nous avons pu profiter du bain thérapeutique, bien que le renvoi laissait passer l’eau.
Le buffet déjeuner du premier matin était excellent et bien garni. Cependant, le deuxième matin, l’offre était très limitée et semblait composée en partie de restes de la veille.
Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct, sans être exceptionnel.

Rooms very outdated. Our room was in the basement and smelled very humid; almost like being inside an old rink. The breakfast area was nice and continental breakfast was okay. Free Underground parking was great and close to our room which was nice.
