There was a sock underneath my bed and hair in the shower area.

Clean room ,lighting in room,shower ,size of room.The breakfast selections were great

Lovely hotel, great staff. Comfortable and clean 2 night stay while we were in Ottawa for a hockey game. Complimentary breakfast was also very tasty. Loved the pool. I will be back!

Room was clean. Staff was great!

The room was spotless, but even before getting to it, the reception was welcoming, sweet, polite, and helpful (answered all of our questions) and attentive. We are looking forward to trying the buffet breakfast tomorrow.

La chambre était impeccable, le personnel est très courtois et l’hôtel est très propre. Le seul bémol a été la température de la piscine, elle était très froide, les enfants étaient déçus à ce sujet, mais si non le séjour était à la hauteur de nos attentes (c’est le 3e hôtel de la chaîne que nous visitons en Ontario).

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and well equipped. Pool was great, wish there was a jacuzzi though! Overall, would definitely recommend and we’ll likely stay again.

J’ai apprécié notre nuit à l’hôtel, c’était assez propre et nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Nous avons été déçu par contre par le petit déjeuner, nous nous attendions à plus de variété.

The room was great!! Clean and big... the reception staff who attends the bar too is amazing, super nice!!! I love that you have a nice bar with a pizza option there... This was our second time in this hotel and for sure not the last one.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay. It was spacious and clean.

I was originally given a room on the second floor but within a couple of hours I called the main desk to complain because there were children running all up and down the halls and a dog in a room across the hall that was incessantly barking for almost an hour. While I do appreciate the gesture of being moved to the 5th floor, it was a lot of work to have to pack everything up and then unpack it all for a one-night stay. I did not attempt breakfast because the entire area was full of screaming children.
