客房乾淨！服務人員態度非常好！

設備不是很新穎，不過整潔乾淨，地點很好，健身房空間寬敞，下次會再來。

除了房間整理有待加強外，一切都很好

Very efficient and pragmatic. Room available at noon instead of the official time at 4:00pm is a great help to us.

Great location, good service

The parking lot is relatively short, and it may not be possible for large pickup trucks to drive in

The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Upgraded our room and were great to my service dog Heidi. Rooms were clean, my only complaint would be the pillows, they were lumpy and old. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Clean room, friendly staff!

We had a great day for the two nights that we stayed at the Hyatt Regency. Even though we live in the local area, we decided to spend two nights downtown as I was performing across the street in a concert at the Cathedral. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and modern and the food was excellent at the hotel restaurant. This is not normally something you think about when you think about hotel, restaurants, but the food was good, and the staff were attentive and friendly there as well.

It was clean. I felt safe. It was quiet.

Great service as you check in

Everything was perfect; from the lobby Christmas exhibits to staff. Great place for a getaway. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna. Nice quiet retreat!

Great hotel with courteous staff

They took great care of us, little nervous staying at a hotel with our 8 week old baby and dog but they made it easy and feel safe.

El mejor hotel en Vancouver, me he hospedado ahí en dos ocasiones y esta segunda vez el personal de recepción fue excepcional. Muy amables, serviciales y atentos a todas la necesidades. Asi igual los de limpieza y botones. Esta segunda vez agregué el desayuno en el hospedaje y lo único que haría como observación es que habia veces que apenas nos estabamos sentando para desayunar cuando ya nos llevaban la cuenta, sin pedirla, me pareció de mala educación, porque aunque nos decian que ya estaba incluido en nuestra reservación me parecía una descortesía. Solo un mesero, un dia nos la llevó hasta que la solicitamos para firmsr el voucher y agradecí su amabilidad.

Great hotel although the Grain lounge is getting dated in comparison to other lounges in the immediate area and service was slow.

Room was great. Lobby and rest of the building is also nice. Breakfast was terrific.

I stayed for 12 days on a work trip. I thought the room was very nice, clean, I liked the bed and tv size. The location for me was great. Decent hotel gym, outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. On the downside, I thought the lobby was big, empty and had cold feeling with all the tile and lack of decor. The restaurant was okay and they didn’t have a place for guests to do their own laundry. Also the WiFi wasn’t great in the room I had. I wouldn’t mind staying there but I wasn’t blown away either.
