room clean staff courteous

Needed connecting room on the lower floor. Met my request qnd our stay was delightful.

Could hear the people in the room next-door talking. Walls are too thin - apparently lady below us complained about walking across room in mid day so that was maid because we weren’t in room Needed supplies as only one tp in room and no one on site to help Not really the deluxe room l paid for

Thin walls, heard the couple next door. Not the best place . Needs upgrading . The lady at the front desk was very nice.needs better coffee.

Clean and quiet! Served my purpose of sleeping over enroute to visit family.

Check in was fast and efficient. While the bedding was fresh and updated the room itself was tired and sad. We could hear the conversation from people in the next room. Traffic noise was not an issue. For a one night stay it was okay.

Staff was kind.Room was clean. Newer deep tub was nice and shiny. Cost was lower than some. Furniture very rundown , outdated or cheap. Very bare bones. No water glasses, no hair conditioner. There were 2 adults and only one mini shampoo bottle. The freezer section of fridge was grown over with ice and I couldn’t put ice packs inside. The upper walkway to suites was dirty with evidence of spilled drinks mixed with dirt.00

Glasses in cupboard were unwashed; mugs had coffee rings inside. Had to wipe up a water spill on floor and the white rag came up black with filth. Shower rod fell down when curtain was drawn; Fridge in closet blocked access to a sagging string drawn one might use to hang clothes had there been any hangers. Pillows were good, bed hard as a rock. Desk clerk was pleasant.

The floor had like a sand layer that made your feet dirty just walking to the bathroom

No pop or ice - even pay machine not available. Bathroom fan exposed. Not even a table light. No guest book w appropriate instructions on AC etc - not recommend

Killed two roaches within the first five minutes of getting into our suite

The property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay.

Room was clean, bed was ok. For one night it was perfect. The place is clean, but showing its age.

Very clean hotel. Close to restaurants. Staff was very freindly. Will be staying again in the future.

Room was very dated but we thought it will be fine for one night. We went to the lake and returned at 930pm, when we got into bed after 10 pm the bed was infested with bugs, we went to the office but it was closed, we left at 1015pm and had to go to another hotel. Definitely do not recommend, stay away!

I liked the property as it is located in a very prime location where most of the basic necessity stuffs are very close.

It was great for what it was. A one night stay. It was convienently located in terms of amenities and restaurants. Check out the Visitor Information Center as it provides ideas of what to do and see while there.
