Loved location and how clean everything was. Could use some sprucing up with regards to the game rooms. Could use a big light at the playground and fire pit. Wifi didn't work very well but thats small potatoes (no pun intended) to everything else that is great about this place.

Other than the rain stay here was wonderful. Grandkids enjoyed the animals each morning.

Called and emailed for two weeks prior to stay with no responses back from property. Drove 15 hours to arrive and not have accommodation. Lacked communication to let us know we didn’t have anywhere to stay. Didn’t supply the service of accommodation and are still not able to be reached regarding refund of cost of stay.

We found the cottage clean and comfortable. Besides that every bit of the place was so run down looking...terribly in need of TLC.
I would not recommend and its too bad because the lady that wrks cleaning was so nice but couldn't speak english very well.

The property is In terrible poor shape. Not clean,mildew smell and very poor furniture. Just really not acceptable. No one should experience what we did. Staff communicating in their language which we did not understand.pool not clean. Pictures online were a total false advertising. There was no such ottages on site.

it was not nice room not cleam bed was hard the swining pool did not work we never stay we left and got a nother place to stay i would not want any one to have to stay there it should be shout down

This place is very outdated. The pool, which was why we booked, was broken and looked like it had been broken for at least a year. The beds sagged and need to be replaced. My husband was forced to sleep on the pull out sofa as the beds were so bad. The velor bath towels all need to go - they don't dry you at all. The extra sleeping blankets reeked like cat pee. We took our two teens there and thought with the pool it would be great - sadly disappointed.
