Good staff clean and good location

Check in time no one was in office needs to go to the pub and wait for parson in charge not a big deal but just sharing my experience very clean convenient location old appliances but working the big disappointment was the bathroom’s fan very very noisy 😞

Easy walking around town. Great accomodation.

The photos shown on Expedia do not correspond to the sad reality, very expensive for what the property offers. I DO NOT recommend it.

Very clean and functional “old school” motel which was dog friendly. Checkin was at a different location but we found it okay and the room served our purposes very well. I liked how the bed was in a separate room. There was also a couch and small table with two chairs. Laminate flooring.

Clean but very dated and utilities are old and run down. Pipes make a lot of noise as did bathroom fan and neighbouring units fan & water pipes. Could do with an external tidy up and some R & M.

The rooms were spacious and the location is quite central which was important to us. The property is in some need of repairs and an update would improve the experience. Not everything in the room was working properly. Overall it was an ok stay but perhaps the price was a little high for the services provided.

Given it was the lowest cost option available at the time, the place was tolerable and acceptable.

The property was adequate for our needs. The term "resort" is not exactly how i would describe it. The beds were comfortable however the room needs a good cleaning

The stay was quiet and nice but not too secluded. The online photos of the room were not what it looked like in person; much more run down and older property. Kitchen, tv and bathroom amenities were good.

The rooms were old and outdated. My son developed a cough from the conditions of this place. Every morning the walls and floors were SOAKING WET! Yellow Pee stains on the bathroom floors. No matter how many times you flush the toilet, it always sticks like urine. Fridge STINKS of fish! Staff were unfriendly, checkout was almost impossible. It was as if we did them a favour returning the keys. I could go on for days. The only thing that saves this place is the location. Will definitely return to Ucluelet but will search for alternative accommodation.

Absolute dive. Photos of property are extremely misleading. Dirty and mould in the bathroom.

Great property and price for the location. The rooms include everything you’d need to “live” for your stay. There’s a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, etc and a laundromat close by. I would happily stay here again next time I am in the area. The motel is right by the marina and within walking distance to the shops in Ucluelet. I observed motel staff painting the motel while I was there so it is clear that the management cares a lot about the upkeep of the building. Book early as they fill up fast.

Friendly staff

The accommodation was not as shown in the photos... everything was very run down. There wasn't even any water in the shower - so it was not usable. When we informed the front desk about it and asked for parts of our fee back, we were told that we probably just couldn’t figure out the use but that it for sure „functions“. There was overall little space and you could hear every little noise. Additional to all of that the space didn’t feel clean at all and we tried to spend every minute we could away to minimize the time we had to spend there.

Great views right by the harbour. Room very clean and equipped with full kitchen

It's our twice Family visit at this place , easy accessible to Groceries store , clean Room and quiet place to stay. Easy access to Tofino , uclulet aquarium and lighthouse must visit place.
