Great affordable accommodations. The room was spotless, linens were provided and changed out. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was great, parked in-front of room. Overall the room wasn’t fancy but I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I was in town to attend a short course at the local Georgian College. Although the area had received a very large amount of snow during the winter, They did what they could to provide as much parking and space as possible. Unfortunately this made the bbqs inaccessible and unusable. I understand but since i had messaged the property about the bbqs prior to the trip, a reply stating inaccessibility would have been good. Room was very clean and comfortable. there is a desk, small fridge and microwave which allowed me to still have meals without eating out every day. The room was, clearly, recently renovated. fresh paint, still had a faint smell of new carpet. completely renovated bathroom with a large step in tiled shower instead of the typical tub/shower. overall enjoyed and got great value for dollar.

Yes spotless and affordable..Jeff was great and after the okay was able to move us to the next day as the dpa we wanted to indulge in was fully booked
I love a good old motel far more than a big building with a pool i dont use and complicated parking

The room was exceptionally clean. The owner was excellent to deal with. We had some trouble with our tv and he was down to our room within minutes to fix the problem. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay I would definitely recommend Kings Inn.

Parking was safe and good. Heater in the shower does take a minute or two to warm up so let it run for a bit before getting in if you don't like the cold.
Other than that everything was really good. They're my go to whenever I need a spot.

Fantastic motel. Newly renovated room with walk-in shower and plumbing fixtures. Staff were great, always made sure the snow was removed from our room entrance and parking area. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. 5 stars

It was a clean room and the housekeeping lady was very courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. What was lacking was not enough pillows and disposable cups. An in-unit coffee maker would have been nice
