Staff were nice, bathrooms were clean. The parking is 35 CAD a day just fyi it’s not free. Honestly not a bad hotel especially if you’re just traveling alone and need somewhere to stay in downtown. Place next door offeres 15% off for staying at this hotel which is super nice.

The room was old but clean, and the amenities were complete (everything except a toothbrush was provided). The staff were kind, and I didn’t experience any inconvenience.
It would have been nice if there had been a way to make hot drinks in the room.

Nowhere to park during check-in on busy Richards Street - only two spots, past the garage entrance forcing you Togo around the block to get back to the parking garage. Room was very small

This affordable hotel is super conveniently located downtown. I had some apprehensions about the 'shared bathrooms' but took the chance and was glad I did.
The men's room on the 3rd floor had a shower and two toilets and I never had to wait for it to free up. There is also a separate unisex bathroom on the floor as well.
The rooms have a sink and mirror so not everything needs to be done in the common bathroom. Just be sure to bring your towel with you to the shower.
