We enjoyed very much this stay, everything is good.

Excellent location, within steps to restaurants and old Quebec city.

Big room, modern, responsive staff.

Kitchen was equipped with what we needed ( maybe add a broom and dustpan). Bed was comfy. Was close to everything, we walked everywhere. Clean. When we had a concern ( only with the tv) they answered quickly. If we ever went back to old Quebec it would be our place to stay.

lovely place & staff! clean, feels like an apartment has a full kitchen basic cooking dishware etc only downside is the walls seem thin so you can hear other rooms across the hall

We are returning clients. Everything was clean and well equiped. We love this appartment for it's comfort and it's close to all major places to visit in the old Quebec city ! A+++

Only thing I would change is a better system for luggage storage- many flights come in early and or leave late. Everything else was great. Happy to see laundry set up available don’t think it was mentioned on line

Parking is horrible, do not suggest if you have a truck.

We absolutely loved the property and our stay. We booked the two-bedroom executive apartment on the third floor for our family of four—my husband and our two kids. Since there’s no elevator, I was initially concerned because my husband has ankle issues, but the stairs ended up being completely manageable and didn’t cause any problems. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just one block from Rue Saint-Jean, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and a lively atmosphere—but still tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. It was also within easy walking distance of Château Frontenac, which made exploring the historic area incredibly convenient. The unit itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our boys especially loved exploring the area and spending time on Rue Saint-Jean. The only small drawback was the digital key system. You receive a link that’s meant to function like an app, but it’s really just a webpage that reloads frequently. Each time, I had to re-enter our reservation number and last name to access the keys. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating—especially one day in the rain while trying to juggle an umbrella. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

This property is in an excellent location(heart of the Old City) and the property itself was a great find(modern & functional) also the responsiveness of the hotel manager was quick and always helpful, next time in Quebec this place will be our 1st option, excellent choice, thanks for assisting us in making our stay ultra enjoyable, thanks Carla(Aneyro Hotels Manager).

Easy check in. Conveniently located in the Old City. Very clean. The premium apartment had a queen sized bedroom, a small living area with a pull out sleeper couch and an efficiency kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Dishes, cups, silverware, cooking pots, and a pod coffee maker with coffee pods are provided. Everything was clean. Remote check in was easy. There are no staff on site but they are easily accessible by phone and text. It’s a good little efficiency apartment to use if you don’t want to eat out all the time.

Hooks for coats would be nice, it isn’t ideal in wintertime having to store a coat in a cupboard. We could also hear everything happening in the hallways (doors slamming, people coughing, etc). Otherwise, the room itself was very nice, perfect area to stay in, the view from our room was quite nice as well. Would stay again in this hotel if I were to go to Quebec City again. Excellent quality for the price point.
