The hotel is terrible…
Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic.
That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet.
The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare!
The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful.
The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together.
But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund

Generally just fine. The washroom was quite nice actually though, good work on tilework, new and clean. Sofa a bit used though. Breakfast pretty basic for a continental could have been better. Hair dryer needs to be replaced or circuit checked.

Je ne retournerais jamais dans cette hôtel ou les "fumeurs" sont permis. Même si notre chambre était "non fumeurs" il y avait des chambres voisines "fumeurs" et notre chambre sentait la cigarette comme si on avait fumé dedans. Odeur infecte! DE plus les dras du lit sont propre mais date beaucoup, j'avais l'impression de me couvrir avec un vieux côton rugueux. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, quoi que la chambre était propre, cette hôtel est assez viellote. le photographe est très bon! ;-)

Woman was harrassing the lady in the office. Screaming, swearing, threatening and insulting, then came outside and was screaming and swearing and very aggressive towards my family and any other people nearby for at least 1/2 hr. Instead of being asked to leave she was given a room.
Staff were helpful with other questions and support needed throughout our stay.
Carpet and walls were not clean.

La chambre était belle et semblait propre au premier coup d'oeil. Le bain à remous fonctionnait bien et le foyer aussi. Par contre, la douche giclait mal, le silicone autour était moisi et il y avait un jet d'excrément au mur à côté de la toilette. Puis, une odeur régnait dans la pièce et les draps n'étaient pas confortables, très rudes sur la peau. Sinon, c'était bien.. en espérant que les draps étaient propres!
