The Bed room TV was not working. Things were not properly cleaned. Towels kept were not good for two days. Washrooms spaces were little tight and not accessible for wheel chair person.

very good location, nice layout for the design. 2bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom living room level with total 3 full bathroom really make the stay super relax. walking to the village around 10 minutes while you can still enjoy nature. nice sunset from living room & balcony. my kids already talking about come back in winter.

Unit was spacious . Problem was poor communication for secondary parking , told we would have a travel crib placed in the unit ( we had to drive 10 minutes to pick up ) , we had no wifi for the whole stay , no access to tv in all bedrooms, basic cable only available on one tv in the living room , we called but had trouble with communication and technician that eventually came could not fix the wifi and a manager called eventually and really got nothing other than an apology and potential compensation which we have had no follow up on , beds were noisy and uncomfortable, deck was dirty and small, pool water was dirty and looked unhealthy.

The parking adjacent to the property was excellent. The room layout was perfect for 4 adults. The kitchen was well supplied. All in all a very good experience. Check in and out was seamless.

It was sooo great!

Very nice property for a family vacation close to the resort. It had everything we needed for the 6 of us. Hotel.com was 15 to 20pct lower cost than other sites where the same condo was advertised.

They were doing construction on the unit beside us and below. I called to ask about moving and to not have sawing start at 7AM. I didn’t get a reply or acknowledgement. Do not recommend. I’m very disappointed.

Great spot with transportation to were the action is. Unfortunately, the people upstairs moved all day creating lots of noise and frustration. The next day a construction team showed up to redo both bathrooms. You can imagine the noise. The shower curtain in our bathroom was discusting with mold at the bottom. The blind in the bedroom could only be lowered about 2/3 leaving our intimacy to our neighborhood. The coffee machine was not working either. The site is marvelous and access to the pool and transportation was easy. Tried to get a late checkout to compensation but was refused. Not my best stay / gateway with girlfriend. Thanks for trying.

Accommodations were very clean, the pool area was also very well kept.

Furniture still from 20 years ago. Nobody uses VHS player in 2023 not even a modern frying pan that cooks scrambled eggs or pancakes properly. The trees have grown filled out so no longer beautiful view from the balcony. I suggest owner/manager spend one night with 2 small children to understand the actual experience.

We like the location of the condo. Very comfortable and clean. Nice view outside from the living and dining room. Short walk to the pedestrian village.

Overall we were happy with our stay. A few items that could have been stocked in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil or parchment paper would have been very helpful. The space is a perfect size for two adults. The sofa bed is not an ideal sleeping source due to being uncomfortable with springs poking through the thin mattress. Excellent ski in/ski out location. On our final night we had a deer visit our back door, we enjoyed feeding her some carrots.
